    At incro, we understand the importance of issues related to privacy protection. Your privacy is important to us, as is the protection of your personal data, i.e. any information with which it is possible to determine your identity. This Cookies and Privacy Policy describes how we use and protect your personal data in connection with our business activities in our capacity as Data Controllers.

    Your data may be processed by our subcontractors, i.e. persons who, when providing us with services related to website technical support, may potentially gain access to your personal data. Due to the use of Google services, your data may be transferred to the USA in connection with their storage on USA servers. However, your data is safe because Google has joined the Privacy Shield program, thus guaranteeing an adequate level of protection of personal data required by European regulations.
